These carbon fiber paddle shifters were very nice upon delivery. They were the correct fit which was nice. I also have the GT steering wheel (with the sport chrono pkge, which did not conflict with these new shifters once they were in place), and while the GT steering wheel is an upgrade for the Macan, I believe it's the default steering wheel in the 911. I don't think that impacts the OEM paddle shifters in terms of their placement and proximity to the steering wheel or other controls, but it may. Of course the OEM paddle shifters are pretty small, so you don't have to worry about crowding other controls with those. That said I'll list my pros and cons for these paddle shifters below.

Pros: build quality, excellent fit and finish, really on par with Porsche's own standard for fit and finish. They fit my 2023 Macan's OEM paddle shifters like a glove, and were very easy to put on.

Cons: design. The paddles look nice, but they are big. In my opinion too big. They're almost exactly a 1/4 inch thick, so that when you're turning the wheel, you'll feel the toggles on the front face of the wiper control stalk and the cruise control stalk hit the backs of your fingers. It's actually a tight squeeze for my fingers when they're passing the cruise control stalk and I don't have thick fingers. Also if you're looking to adjust those toggles, the paddles are thick enough, that yes, while I can get to the toggles, I always hit my thumb on the paddles because they're so thick. Now if the design was modified, either by making the paddle shifters thinner, or else adding some contour to the paddles, so they curved forward (towards the driver) a bit towards the top and bottom ends of the paddles, giving you a little more space for the controls of the wipers and cruise control. I've seen other designs use this approach for 2018 and older model Porsche's, but not yet for 2019s and newer. Regardless, that would be a great improvement, and I'd rate these a 4 star. They also feel unnecessarily large, they could be an inch shorter and a 1/3 inch thinner and they'd still be very reachable from the steering wheel. As they are now, they feel oversized by a good 30%. If they shrunk the scale of the paddles down 30% then I'd rate them a 5 star.

Love them. Nicely match the carbon fiber accessories provided by the factory. Fun to use!
